Questions, Answered.
Our saunas typically take 7–9 weeks to arrive at your location. This timeframe allows for fabrication, custom manufacturing, and delivery. Throughout the process, our team will keep you updated at each stage and coordinate delivery directly with you to ensure a smooth experience.
Yes. We offer professional installation services in most major Australian cities. Once your sauna has arrived, our team (or one of our trusted installers) will coordinate a time with you to assemble and set up your sauna safely. If you prefer to handle it yourself, each sauna also comes with a detailed step-by-step assembly guide.
All Glow Saunas come with a comprehensive warranty: the cabinet is covered for 5 years (3 years for commercial use), cabling, speakers and lighting for 5 years (2 years commercial), and the Harvia heater and controls for 2 years. Labour is covered for 1 year, with transport and repairs included in the first 12 months. Natural timber changes, glass, misuse, or improper installation are not covered. All warranties are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Yes. For safety and compliance, all Glow Saunas must be connected by a licensed electrician. The Harvia heater requires its own dedicated circuit, and your electrician will handle the setup during installation.
