Yes. All our saunas require a registered electrician to wire the Harvia heater to your power supply safely.

All models should be placed on a level surface - concrete, pavers, tiles, or decking are ideal. Avoid placing directly on grass or soil.

All Glow Sauna models use a Harvia 6 kW Wi-Fi–controlled heater. For a typical session (15-minute preheat + 30–40 minutes use), energy consumption averages 4–5 kWh, based on Harvia’s guidance that actual draw is well below full power once heated. At the average Australian household electricity rate of around 30 ¢/kW, this equates to roughly $1.20–$1.50 per session. Each sauna requires a 240 V hardwired connection by a licensed electrician.

Glow Saunas are crafted from Canadian cedar or Hemlock spruce. Cedar is our premium option, naturally resistant to rot and insects, aromatic, and extremely durable, making it perfect for long term low maintenance use. Spruce offers a lighter, modern look at a more affordable price.

Yes. All models are weather-resistant and built for both indoor and outdoor use. Roof shingles and protective coatings come as standard with all Glow Saunas.

Every Glow Sauna comes with roof shingles, free delivery, and a full set of premium accessories. Each unit includes a Harvia heater with guard, benches and backrests, Bluetooth speakers, LED lighting, a control panel, and stainless steel bands. To complete the experience, we also provide a hydrometer, sand timer, sauna aromatics pack, sauna hat, Glow Sauna bottle with cork sleeve, and a traditional bucket and ladle.

Harvia states that their 6 kW electric heaters reach the desired sauna temperature in about 35–45 minutes after being turned on under normal conditions

Traditional saunas operate best between 80°C and 100°C.

Wipe down after each use with a damp cloth. Leave the door open post-session to dry out. Deep clean monthly with a natural, non-toxic solution. Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.

Ensure proper ventilation and drying between uses. Keep the door slightly ajar and occasionally wipe surfaces with a tea tree oil or vinegar solution.

Glow Saunas are backed by a comprehensive warranty for peace of mind. The cabinet is covered for 5 years (3 years for commercial use), cabling, speakers and lighting for 5 years (2 years commercial), and the Harvia heater, control system and screen for 2 years. Labour is covered for 1 year, with transport and repairs included in the first 12 months. Natural timber changes, glass, misuse or improper installation are not covered. All warranties are provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
