1. INTERPRETATION
For the purposes of this Warranty Guide:
"Buyer", "You", or "Your" refers to the purchaser of the Product.
"Product" refers to a Glow sauna.
"Components" means any part or system of the Product, as listed in the applicable warranty section.
"Seller" refers to Glow Saunas or its authorised distributor.
"Warranty" refers to the warranty terms set out in this guide.
"Excluded Items" are those not covered under the Warranty, as described in the What's Not Included section.
2. WARRANTY TERMS
Unless otherwise required by applicable laws, Glow Saunas warrants that its Products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. All materials conform to Glow Saunas' published specifications. Any defective Components identified during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

All warranty periods apply from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required when lodging a claim.
INCLUSIONS
Glow Saunas' warranty covers manufacturer defects or faults in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Any repair or replacement under warranty must be approved in advance by Glow Saunas and performed by a technician authorised by our team, unless otherwise stated in writing.
EXCLUSIONS -- WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
This Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage or defects occurring during relocation by unauthorised persons.
- Timber deterioration (fading, cracking, staining, weathering, etc.).
- Glass or doors (unless damaged upon delivery).
- Misuse or unauthorised modifications.
- Damage caused by pests, rodents, or natural disasters.
- Service calls arising from user error or misuse.
WHAT VOIDS THE WARRANTY
The Warranty will be void if:
- The sauna is misused (e.g., towels placed on heaters, operating with damaged components).
- Indoor models are exposed to outdoor conditions without adequate protection.
- Excess water accumulation occurs inside the sauna.
- Towels are not used on benches and floors.
- Unauthorised parts or modifications are applied.
- The sauna is not maintained (e.g., timber not re-oiled every 6–12 months).
- Power is supplied via extension cords or power boards.
- The Product is not installed according to Glow Saunas' instructions.
- Repairs are carried out by unauthorised persons.
COSTS
- Glow Saunas will cover transport and repair costs for warranty claims lodged within the first 12 months.
- After 12 months, a standard $300 AUD service call-out fee applies.
FORCE MAJEURE
Glow Saunas is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to floods, fires, earthquakes, war, or strikes.
LEGAL RIGHTS
Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the Product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality. This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Glow Saunas accepts no responsibility for:
- Injury or health issues arising from misuse.
- Failures due to non-compliance with care instructions.
- Suitability of the Product for any medical condition — please consult a medical professional before use.
