What to Expect After You Order
When you purchase a Glow Sauna, you’re not just buying a product — you’re investing in a premium wellness experience. Here’s how our sauna delivery process works:
Step 1 — Order Confirmed
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and your sauna enters our production schedule.
Step 2 — Sauna in Production
Your specifications are sent to our trusted manufacturing team. Each sauna is crafted to order with premium materials. Estimated production time: 5–7 weeks.
Step 3 — Delivery Scheduled
Once production is complete, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time to your home. You’ll receive tracking details and support at every step.
Step 4 — Installation (Optional)
If you’ve selected professional installation, we’ll schedule a licensed installer within a few days of delivery. Every sauna also includes a printed installation guide and online setup resources for DIY installation.
Delivery Timeframes
- Manufacturing: 5–7 weeks
- Final Delivery: 1–2 weeks
- Total Estimated Timeframe: 7–9 weeks from purchase to delivery

Installation Requirements
- A flat, level surface such as concrete, decking, or pavers is essential for safe installation.
- A licensed electrician must connect the Harvia heater for compliance and safety.
- We can recommend trusted installers in most Victorian regions.

Delivery FAQs
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Currently, we deliver within Victoria only. We plan to expand Australia-wide in 2026. Regional and rural deliveries may require a custom freight quote.
How much does sauna delivery cost?
Standard delivery within metropolitan Melbourne is included. Regional and rural deliveries may attract additional freight charges, which we will confirm with you in advance.
Will I know when my sauna is arriving?
Yes. You’ll receive an SMS with a 2-hour delivery window so you can plan ahead.
Can I pick up my sauna?
No, we do not offer warehouse pickups. To ensure safe handling and quality control, all saunas are delivered directly to your home with tracking and support.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery window to reschedule without penalty.
