1. General Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Returns requested outside the 14-day period will not be accepted.

2. Restocking Fee

All change-of-mind or non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping for non-defective products is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Glow Saunas will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We will assess your claim and provide one of the following remedies at no cost to you:

  • Free exchanges for defective or damaged products.
  • Replacement parts (including heaters, control panels, or electrical units) supplied free of charge.
  • Full unit replacement if a sauna is defective or damaged beyond repair. Glow Saunas will cover associated shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Assembled or used saunas.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Gift cards, digital downloads, or clearance items marked “non-returnable.”

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account. If items are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use, Glow Saunas reserves the right to deduct additional costs or refuse the refund.

7. Warranty Support

All products are covered by manufacturer warranties in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For faults outside of the 14-day return period, please contact us for warranty support.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product fails to meet acceptable quality but the failure is not major, we will choose to repair, replace, or refund the product.

Returns & Exchanges — FAQs

Can I return a sauna after I’ve assembled or used it?

No. For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for saunas that have been assembled, installed, or used. Please confirm sizing, access, and placement prior to opening cartons.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping and the original shipping fee is non-refundable. For defective or damaged products approved by our team, Glow Saunas covers the cost of the exchange or replacement shipment.

What is the restocking fee and when is it applied?

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved, non-defective returns received within 14 days. It covers inspection, repackaging, handling, and administration.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved by our quality team, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

What if only a part is defective (e.g., heater, control panel, LED driver)?

If a specific part is faulty, we’ll supply the replacement part free of charge. Our support team may request photos/videos or a brief technician report to expedite the fix.

What if my sauna arrives damaged in transit?

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the packaging and product. Keep all original packaging. We’ll assess and arrange a repair, replacement part, or full unit exchange at no cost to you where applicable.

How do I start a return or exchange?
