Shipping Terms and Conditions

This Shipping Terms and Conditions document (“Agreement”) forms part of the contract for the sale of goods between Glow Saunas Pty Ltd (“the Supplier”) and the Customer.
1. Shipping Scope
1.1 The Supplier offers free shipping within the state of Victoria. For deliveries outside Victoria, additional freight charges may apply and will be quoted separately.
1.2 Delivery is strictly kerbside only, utilising tail-lift freight services. The Supplier does not provide internal delivery, unpacking, or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Production and Delivery Timeline
2.1 All sauna units are custom manufactured to order and are not held in stock.
2.2 The Supplier will commence manufacturing only upon receipt of cleared funds, either in full or as an agreed deposit.
2.3 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that each sauna is built to the specifications selected at the time of order and that no existing inventory will be allocated.
2.4 The estimated lead time for delivery is seven (7) to nine (9) weeks from the date of payment. This includes production, quality control, freight transit, and delivery coordination.
2.5 The Supplier will use reasonable efforts to meet the estimated timeframe, but such timeframe is non-binding. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to port congestion, customs processing delays, material shortages, industrial action, or force majeure events.
2.6 Delay in delivery shall not entitle the Customer to cancel the order, seek compensation, or withhold payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Customer Obligations
3.1 The Customer must ensure that the delivery address is accessible by truck with tail-lift unloading capacity.
3.2 The Customer must notify the Supplier in advance if the site is subject to any access restrictions, including but not limited to stairs, narrow driveways, gravel surfaces, or remote locations.
3.3 Any additional charges, including re-delivery fees, access-related surcharges, or on-site handling costs that arise due to undisclosed conditions, shall be borne by the Customer.
3.4 The Customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported to the Supplier in writing within forty-eight (48) hours, with accompanying photographic evidence. Claims made outside this window may not be accepted. For further information regarding returns, exchanges, and remedies, please refer to the Supplier’s Returns Policy.
4. Risk and Title
4.1 Title to the sauna unit shall not pass to the Customer until full payment has been received and cleared by the Supplier.
4.2 Risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the nominated address, including during unloading
